I'm interested but I dont own a smartphone so no pokemon GO so im wondering if ill be gated from certain features or not.

To make his point he uses the example of Gran Turismo games a realistic racing series. Obviously later games have surpassed the old games because authentcitiy and life like graphics are important to a genre thats trying to reflect real life driving and racing as much as possible.

This is not the case across every genre though there are many games that have not been surpassed by newer games. Some games are simply unique and have not been repeated in any real way. His attitude comes across as arrogant and shallow.

Would like to see pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal on the 3DS eshop so we can have pokemon from every generation transported to modern games through Pokemon Bank

I kinda like the sound that your empire can collapse from the inside, too often big empires snowball in games like this.

Cant see it happening really. Who would make it for starters? A couple of the old Lionhead developers seemed up for making Fable 4 before they got fed up and left. Maybe some of those would come back if they got to make true Fable again but im not so sure.

I'd like to play a witcher from one of the other schools like Cat or Bear.

But honestly Blood and Wine was such a great way to end I'd be happy to leave it there.

@jesterofbass: Gotta agree with you I boot up nintendo consoles to play games, Im glad im on the same page as nintendo with that.

Although I should say I rarely watch tv shows usually its just when I'm too tired or ill to concentrate on a game so perhaps I'm not so representative.

I can see myself carrying it in my messenger bag but it will need a sturdy carry case like the ones you get for the 3ds to protect it.
