If you do a search on the Bioware forums, someone uploaded an .ini file with the 360 controls hacked back into the game.

It's not 100% perfect, as there are some things that require a mouse now, but most menus/gameplay can be experienced just the same as you would on a 360. It's how I'm playing (PM me if you need help).
