@Pierce_Sparrow: Well they are ommitting Animal Well which is probably the game that justifies the month. I don't subscribe or anything but it's not as bad as it looks here.
Why spend billions on aquisitions when you won't even spend millions to pay the salaries of employees scooped up to make actual games? Simply unnacceptable.
I loved persona 3 fes when I got it in 2007 as my first persona game. No way I'd replay it though; while they are a vibe, they are also chock full of filler almost by design. Life is too short to replay a game like that.
No matter how much they try to cute it up and tow the current political lines, there's no consistent way for a game about beating the shit out of people extrajudiciously can also be anti-police.
I'm just interested in how they're implementing the light gun. I guess probably a wiimote style IR pointer. It definitely feels worse when you've got the cross hair on screen because aiming is trivial then.
@private_vasquez: "knock it down two points" is the oldest review falacy there is. Games don't start off as perfect 10s and then lose points for flaws. It needs to build up to a higher and higher score.
Oh man this is a great update! Atmos is sick; two controllers one player is sick; even getting rid of the beep is nice. The final touch to make everything perfect would be an update that lets us turn off ALL light sources. No console LEDs and no controller LEDs: they are freaking awful in a pitch black room when you're gaming on an oled.
