Just logging in for the first time in a long time. Hope all has been well.

I've run into countless users on the site that pretty much ONLY post in unions and I couldn't imagine them staying when they leave unless something else on the site draws them in. I find it hard to believe unions get that little page views on this site.

The main reason so many people are upset about unions leaving is that over the years on this site, users have been able to create hangouts for a certain sport, TV show or game, or just create a hangout for the purpose of having a union due to many of the users who frequented them being great people to talk with and it no doubt added to the quality of the community on GS. There will definitely be a void for many users if they were to go, as the Off-Topic forum and other main forums won't be the same.

Awesome! Hopefully this feature will be on GameSpot for a long time to come and will be used well.

I'm glad users will at least get more benefits on the site due to this. :)

I'm glad to see that writing game reviews will be rewarded, since those are a big part of the site that allows users to post their take on a game for possible buyers to read and decide if they want to buy it or not.
