@stickemup: Nintendo consoles have been under-powered since the wii released back in 2007. It's not really been a hindrance to having a good time with their systems.
@sonicare: Which version did you play? I never played PS2 version, but the gamecube version had good controls (my opinion) and the wii's controls were so good that it ended up making the game too easy.
I think what you are looking for is a ps vita. I'm not going to say the 2ds is a better design than the vita (it's not in my opinion), but Nintendo probably feel the need to differentiate themselves from their competition. A second analogue would be nice though, and imo they really should make both screens the same size.
Not to be a downer, but this looks terrible. I love you Nintendo, but barring the possibility that this design is incredibly comfortable to hold in the hands, this is one of the worst designs I have ever seen for a handheld.
I may wait a bit to get a wii U. With so many controllers I'm wondering which one the most developers will support. Will the wii controller go out of style? Will the pro-controller be pointless to buy? ill anyone besides Nintendo support gamepad?
I'm spending money so I'd like to know what will actually be used.
