The people in Africa are suffering massive plagues of AIDs and other viruses. They are very low on food and water, and what they do have tends to be infected. :|

But they will be released from the suffering when they die,as long as they didn't walk the path of evil on this world.You forget that life isn't all there is,why are people born blind? Why are people born into hatred for example,your life is a test,you do good in this life you will reap the rewards,do bad you will suffer for your consequences.Everything we know to love and hate in this world doesnt not exist in the afterlife,people fail to realise that.

You've got to think back to the days of the bible,it speaks the truth,think about what science involves,why it is here,why people seek it,the bible teaches you it's wrong.

Just what is "science" for you all? What we know today of it? The different disciplines (medicine, physics, maths) per se? Or the very fact of thinking a way to overcome a problem?

Well said. Now let me take it a little further. That you smell it, taste it, touch it etc. doesn't mean that it is real (The Matrix?). Take Descartes for example, the methodical doubt. What if everything we experienced was nothing more than an illusion imposed by an evil genius?

And if you "atheists" have no doubt that what we experience is real, then here's another argument. To be real, a thing must first be possible. Infinity is a thinkable but unimaginable thing; thus all things possible belong to imagination, not thought; thus the reality of infinity is impossible. Now, with these LOGICAL TRUTHS in mind, explain the existence of the universe without resorting to ad infinitum causal arguments.
