The Super Nintendo Entertainment System launched in North America 25 years ago today (August 23, 1991).

The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era (Sorry, Sega) and still to this day remains popular among fans, collectors, and retro gamers.

What is McDroid?
McDROID is a mix of action and tower defense gameplay, developed by the innovative team at Elefantopia. Prague studio Grip Digital, also known for current hit The Solus Project, is responsible for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions.

In McDROID you take control of the titular cute little robot who crash-lands on a lush planet infested with alien scum. In order to repair your ship and to heal the planet, you will have to show the aliens some really close encounters of the lethal kind. McDROID will be tasked with building a base and defenses, harvesting resources and discovering numerous crazy sci-fi weapons, as swarms of alien enemies try to take the brave ‘bot down.
