nope. if we cant have Christianity.. i mean REAL Christianity in our games.. not Christmas and Halloween.. then we cant have muslim representation either..
not to mention you have places like the middle east, etc that dont exactly treat WOMEN (where i guess you have to be a biologist to define now) with the same respect as the west does. funny how only Christianity gets the criticism from the left and not the Muslim and Islamic religions.
nope.. i prefer games staying secular and Pegan. keep religion and politics out of a hobby that should be an escape from all that nonsense.
@snakeyes646: from that video it sounds like she reluctantly went through the questing.. yet in the review she said it was the best part.. so there is definitely a contradiction. but she didnt say "i did one side quest".. it sounded more like.. "uggh.. another pointless side quest.. i guess ill do it". sounds like she wasnt invested in the game or world. like at all. that is certainly a problem..
but, again to say she didnt do side questing is a false narrative.. she did do them, but from that video, she didnt like them, and its obvious she didnt like the game that much.
@lzand0z: I'm thinking it's because they're still working on it and it will be released when they're done. Which will be day 1 of release.
as a QA person myself.. i get that.. however, cdpr should have released the game in such a way where they could give reviewers the ACTUAL release version that includes the day one patch. all they would have had to do was set the december release date to next week. this game would have probably been at least an 8 if they did that. i doubt a 9 based on kallie's political views, but i would guess an 8.

in another video on YT she mentions crafting one single item and playing NO side missions, this is a review by somebody that is offended by the game for other reasons not related to gaming obviously.
she wrote in the review that she spent about 35 of her 50 hours doing side quests and it was her favorite part of the game.
i think the 7/10 score has a lot to do with the bugs she ran to, and her political viewpoints. its fine though to each there own.. cdpr really should have released the day 1 patch to reviewers. makes no sense when companies dont do that.
edit: in addition to above; the constant ads, signs, etc are part of the cyberpunk genre - see bladerunner, 80s total recall, etc. in my opinion, if cdpr DIDNT put this kind of stuff in or it was a minor part of the environment, i'd be disappointed.
basically discussing how/whether sephiroth F-ed with the timeline and is manipulating cloud, and why the ghosts are there messing with your every move... among other things.
@lzand0z: Well, from my experience in life is that most dont plan correctly in general and people dont want to. You cant afford a studio, get an apartment with a roommate in a different area.. There are always choices, whether someone chooses to use them is up to them.
get a roommate in a studio apartment with no bedroom? LOL. and even if there were roommates.. the rent could still get to a 1000 a month - maybe more in some parts of CA and NY - for EACH tenant. and as i said in my original comment.. not everyone has the capability to move.
AGAIN.. i understand your view.. all im asking is that we, as conservatives, recognize that things are not that simple and provide solutions.

my to be fair comment WAS directed at you and i stated my reasons as to why in that post. and yes, i largely agree with you.. but i think its important to have empathy and recognize the points of the opposition and see if there are ways where both sides can come together and agree.
