They've sadly done irreparable damage to the lore and universe in the ending of 3, I don't how they'e going to attempt to retcon/choose a canonical ending to follow up from.

It doesn't need a remaster though? It's already a smooth 60fps on ps5.

It'll probably be exclusive for like a year or so, I don't think they want to miss out on those PS sales

The older games were much better than this one. Enemy variety and encounter design were better, the camera wasn't stuck to kratos' back so you could see all the enemies on the screen, soundtrack was more memorable, bosses were better, pacing was better. The Only thing GoW18 improved was the voice acting and graphics.
