The only problem I've ever had with Rock Band songs was once I travelled with my Xbox and my downloaded songs would not play unless I was connected online (the place I travelled to had no online capabilities) but this was Rock Band 1, not 2. So make sure your online is connected and I'd suggest what the person above said and re-transfer the songs

[QUOTE="mariokart64fan"]as long as there is nintendo , you shouldnt miss that, wii deliver that , and more, Zweihand
Wii hasn't delivered yet, I've been waiting two years, call me back when it does, kay?

OK we're talking classic games here and you say the Wii hasn't delivered on the Virtual Console? What games are you waiting for?

As for missing and remembering the gaming days of old, I miss the era of those games (NES) but not the games themselves (if that makes sense) Like others said before the era was a time of chance purchases based on box art, talking to kids in school to see who had the best tips, techniques, cheat codes, there was no renting games there was no internet faqs (though my parents hated the long distance calls to the Nintendo tip line) I miss the era, but ALOT of those games were pretty poor (LJN burnt me more times than I care to admit)

I always hated Sega games, I had a Master System and a Genesis and the games just never struck the right chord with me, after that I said to myself, "I will never buy another Sega console again" ... I also HATED the "It's Thinking" commercials for the Dreamcast, stupid reason but at the time I felt those commercials insulted my intelligence.

I always thought the N64 controller was the be all end all of controllers, I remember opening my gamecube on launch day and being pissed beyond belief that they had changed the style, then years later I hear (on the internet) that most people thought it was one of the worst controllers in gaming history. To each his own, but I still say the N64 controller was the best!

I've always loved the Monster Rancher games, and thought the concept of unlocking monsters by loading other games, cd's, & dvd's was really cool. I'd say part 2 & 4 were the best.

I kinda agree with the topic creator, the level of innovation was not up to my expectations, but the innovation is still there and I believe with Wii Motion Plus next year my expectations will finally be met, a little crappy it happens over 2 years later, but only a little. Wii Sports can feel realistic as well, you don't have to do tiny flicks, but to go all out into a Pro Tennis heavy swing is unrealistic for us non-athletic type to do, there has to a middle ground in order for all to enjoy, and there are plenty of good games that used motion control well, but like the DS showed us not every game has to center around one feature.

wow, I'd rather play Pac-Man on the Atari 2600 than play another generic FPS (especially ones set in a WWI or WWII)
