@Dawg9000: Like I said in the review, I enjoyed it, but I can also see why non-Yankee fans wouldn't. There are definitely interesting stories to tell from that five-year period, but the way the game handles it, it's more of a brief overview that skims over a lot of that stuff to focus on specific Jeter plays like the jump and relay throws. It doesn't even mention the Yankees opponents in the World Series, except for the first one against the Braves, so when I say there was little to no adversity, I'm talking about the way the game tells the story. Also, it only covers '96 to 2000, like I mentioned, so anything about the '09 win is irrelevant.

@jergernice1: I have a 3090 and 32 gigs of RAM. The only thing that doesn't meet the recommended specs is my i5-11600K, but that still surpasses the minimum specs, and people with much more powerful rigs are still running into the same issues.

@rising333: I have a 3090 so it was fine for me at 2K. The framerate still dipped when there were a lot of NPCs on screen at once, but in my experience optimisation usually isn't great in pre-release PC games until the day one patch.

@rising333: I reviewed it on PC so can't speak on console performance. It sometimes stuttered for a second when auto-saving but that's the only technical issue I ran into.

@Akriel_Boulve: The only From Software game with limited healing items is Bloodborne, so I wouldn't call it an integral component.

@Sound_Demon: I enjoy comedians like Frankie Boyle, Anthony Jeselnik, and Jimmy Carr, so offensive humor isn't something that's going to bother me. Postal 4 just isn't funny in the slightest. It doesn't matter whether it's delivering poop jokes or trying something edgier. The amount of juvenile toilet humor far outweighs anything that might be considered offensive anyway.

And assuming that I don't find it funny because I write about video games is a bit of a stretch.

@Fandango_Letho: Since a few people have brought this up, I never said Postal 4 offended me. The main issue I have with the humor in this game is that it just isn't funny.

@Byshop: When I say the ending sticks the landing, it's because it thankfully doesn't do what Man of Medan and Little Hope did.

@harbringar: I finished it. I actually thought the second area (after the tutorial) was the toughest in the game purely because your character is weaker and I was still finding my footing with the game's mechanics. Once I discovered that you can win the vast majority of fights by simply getting the first hit in, the whole game became a lot easier.
