I see alot of people saying stuff like "Wait for DX10 cards to come out." But, you forget how cards are on release when it is a new technology. DX10 cards are most likely going to be faulty for the first couple months, so you are looking at 8-9 months of waiting for a new card. Why not just buy a 7600GS and play the games you want, then wait until the DX10 cards are in proper working order?
