This game is not close to a 7... I spy zenimax folks inflating numbers. This game is really, very bad- very sparse, empty. A content famine. Copy Pasta to the tune of 70% of dungeons are identical- no changes whatsoever. Launched sans bot and gold farming fixes from the devs. Graphics are horrible compared to other ES titles. It's almost criminal launch price of 60$ is accompanied by a subscription fee- there are free to play MMOs like neverwinter that are much, much better. Dont get yourself taken advantage of, this game is truly awful, unless of course you are into the passionless slapping of forgettable quest markers.
