@SecretPolice: the thing is, Xbox is so far ahead with gamepass, and all the studios they now have. I said it before, even without AB, Xbox is sitting pretty.

How do you define ahead?

They’re “giving away” more with their service than the competition.

Sony speaking with Brazil's regulatory body when asked about Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard answered several questions including its thoughts on Xbox Game Pass, as spotted by ResetEra.
Sony says that over the past five years, Xbox Game Pass has grown to capture around 60 to 70 percent of the worldwide subscription services market. Xbox Game Pass in Brazil represents 70 to 80 percent of the PC subscription services market.
The company believes it would take "several years" for a competitor to create a rival for Xbox Game Pass, even with substantial investments.
GeForce NOW and other cloud gaming providers stand to gain an even deeper catalog of games if Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision is completed.

We see this as a benefit to cloud gaming and hope for a positive resolution.
Weird that nvidia would be happy with only a deal in place that has an expiration date.
I don't think this will hold much sway. Nvidia is likely still upset with the CMA for blocking their ARM deal, and where the CMA's focus is, Activision games would still follow whatever deal MS is making that is advantageous to them and their market, instead of Activision making such a deal independently and at their discretion.
This exactly. In what world would anyone sign a cloud gaming deal with MS where 100% of mtx money goes into MS’s pockets.
as my buddy Jim Ryan said: “this deal is inadequate”

Same with the 400 page CMA curbstomping of Microsoft 😂😂
Good Microsoft can get fucked.
The Brits actually useful for once. Hopefully EU also puts the block, because I got no faith in the US getting this right. That aside, the reasoning the CMA gave is pretty weak given cloud gamings place in the larger industry right now. But, I aint against it lol.

Not sure how Nvidia conspiracy theories relates to CMA 400 page document. This must be one of those "Pedro said something, so I must respond." moments.🤭

Nvidia, Boosteroid and Nware don't particularly care as they only wanted publisher free permission to stream games off their data centers. You buy games from Steam or GoG then stream those games with Nvidia subscription service. Nvidia getting max profit as they dont pay activisition any licencing fee.
Yummy lady 😚
Those of you mentioning Nvidia and their opinion of the CMA ruling seem to have forgotten that Nvidia and Xbox agreed to a deal that is dependent on the acquisition going through. So of course they release that statement... It’s in their best interest to do so…
@Sagemode87: She's sexy THICC😋
@Sagemode87: she got dem tigolbitties
Are BBWs gonna be the thing that unites System Wars?!?!
Mh. Some have poor taste in games and in women...
Nevermind…
And lol at the end of that video. TimDog is how I imagine all Lems sound…
Dont see how the cma can have a go at microsoft dominating the cloud gaming market when sony refuse to go into it. Thats not microsofts fault they have no competition. They see the future as cloud gaming sony doesnt.
@girlusocrazy: 😆 don't get me wrong, id definitely hit that, but it's way sexier for a woman to be normal weight or just slightly above average instead of being bbw+
On top of that, the fatties are ruining their health and destroying our healthcare system. And I'm saying this as a fatty too. Being fat, or overweight isn't a good thing, and it's not hot either lol.
Back on topic. Here's an excellent article from windows central, from a different angle. The author says that they rejected it for the wrong reason. Cloud is so small, and needs big investment to grow. The real reason to block the acquisition is it would give Microsoft windows PC too big an advantage in thr pc space.
It's a great article, but I will disagree with her. The real reason the deal got blocked is because MS didn't grease enough wheels. Being a cheap arse tax evader, hiding all that gold in the cayman Islands and dodging tax man came back to bite MS in the ass. Pay your taxes MS
