I was bummed by the Bloober Team thing too but this is a remake, so they just need to make modern improvements and not get crazy with it lol. Plus they are working with a couple key people from the original.

Hope the new SH games deliver. Downpour was ass, so I'm not too hyped for the new games. And SH2 is SH2, so no worries on that one.

Hope these turn out good but not going to hold my breath on it.

Tons of mixed feelings.

First of all, i hate Kojima post MGS3 ... but i was genuinely excited for his Silent Hill project so i'm still salty about that. However i'm very happy that Silent Hill is back.

With that being said ... i'm not too confident on the new projects. Silent Hill 2 looks okish but if you compare it to other remakes like Demon's Souls and Resident Evil 2 ... yikes !!!

Silent Hill F is probaly the most interesting one since it seems to be a full new game, but honestly a teaser is no indication for anything. Silent Hill Townfall, yeah ... it could end up being really good as well but i don't really trust Konami, hopefully i'm wrong about all this 3 games.

The movie ... yeah, if done properly, with the setting of Silent Hill 2, it could be great, buuuuut we know it will probably not be great, but again, we can only hope.

Day one console exclusive . So good to be a ps5 owner right now . Meanwhile on game pass ( crickets)

Havenot played original silent hill 2 so remake would be my introduction but silent hills by kojima or not interested in any of those.

Never a problem, it's only a problem with MS does it.

Same with the Alone in the dark remake, but I'm fine with graphics looking dated if the gameplay is fun :)

This was by far best silent hill game. before it got cancelled.

I will be picking up Silent Hill 2 as long as they do a good job. I loved that game when it launched. I'm curious about the other 2 games. Silent Hill used to be a really good franchise in the horror genre. I'm happy to see Konami trying again.

Well, they have all the source material in their hands, so the work's done for them on that front. And I've heard that Konami has a short leash with changes to the original story.
