What games are currently on your hype list?

I can think of three games that come to mind.

• Spider-Man 2: the original Spider-Man was good, but usually the follow up is even better. Insomniac is a great developer that is up there with the best in the business. I expect nothing less!

• Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 (Rebirth). Similar to what I said about Spider-Man, the original was great, I expect the sequel to be even better. Love that open environment, the story, and of course, FF7 itself!

• Metaphor: ReFantazio: we finally got a surprise announcement worth talking about this year, and I’m super excited for this one. Made by the people from the Persona franchise so I’m sold!

• Star Wars: Outlaws PC (Despite the release being in 2024, I'm already hyped & sold on this first ever open-world Star Wars game)
• Phantom Liberty Expansion to CP2077 PC
• Alone in the Dark PC (I have never ever play any of the past games, this new one looks awesome, so I'm on-board to try out what this series is all about)
• Stellar Blade PS5 (For da love of that Booty😏)
• Fort Solis PC (I am shocked no one isn't talking about this game & despite it's coming to PC, this is a PS5 console exclusive no one isn't talking about? WTF)
• Palworld (Pokemon with guns, Hell yeah I'm hyped)

These are the least hype games on my list of not, just least excited for:

• Starfield PC (After hearing the PC version is sponsored by AMD, that raises a red flag and not looking pretty on the PC side)
• Spider-Man 2 PS5 (Being the only PS5 exclusive Sony is hyping on, they are showing stuff way too much if you ask me as it's taking my hype away with all this revealing)
• Alan Wake 2 PC (I love Rememdy but looking at Alan Wake 2, I'm not smiling at what they've shown so far but hopefully the reviews will help ease my suspicious)
• Assassin's Creed: Mirage PC (AC Origins was the last AC and I'm gonna come back to what makes AC good)
• Baldur's Gate 3

RE8 and SF6 really pissed me off. So, unless it's a super guaranteed to be good and no bullshit developer (e.g. Valve) done buying at launch,

BG3 looks good.

This game looking good. and unique.

sure it can turn out bad but concept of time bending immersive sim sound great. looks like Bioshock infinite if made by Arkane.

AC6 and Space Marine 2 are pretty much it. I'm still interested in Alone in the Dark, but the inclusion of David Harbour and other actor lady has put a sour taste in my mouth.

Starfield and CP2077 dlc Phantom Liberty are the two big ones for me.

I have never really played a space exploration game, nor a Todd Howard game. It looks really cool imo. Have played mostly shorter games recently so it’s going to be good to sink my teeth into something more substantial again.

CP2077 is one of my favourite games. Just love the setting and tone. Will always be there for more Cyberpunk!

Too much to be hyped about any one thing. Just take each one as it comes. Probably the last announcement to get me excited is the Persona 3 remake, but I'm just going to wait for it, I won't be searching often for updates getting myself excited until it releases.

Baldurs Gate 3, Armored Core 6, Remnant 2, Stalker 2, Dragons dogma2, cautiously hyped about Lord of the fallen, Jagged Alliance 3(2 is one of the all-time goats) and Helldivers 2

So what the fk has happened on SW? Like two months ago i made a thread asking if you're interested in AC6, and most were in the "wait n see". Now everyone has it on their hype list. What is wrong with you?

Nobunaga’s Ambition Awakening. I looked it up on the PS digital store and it actually looks different enough from previous entries for me to get excited about and purchase.

I've never played AC, and I think that goes for most people here. I'm also not very interested in what I've seen from AC6, so I doubt I'll get it.

Only have two games pre-ordered right meow, Total War Pharaoh and Starfield. Hyped for both. Starfield will likely suck many dozens of precious hours out of my life.
