Id say a real winner for under $800.00 mobo/cpu under $250, graphics card under $300, RAM $100, shopping around for the nitty gritty---priceless ;)

that's kewl advice. Pretty sure my sodcket set is NOT a 939 since I'm still dinkin with AGP. Upscaling to a DDR2/DDR3 hybrid Mobo. Also the P35 socket for future upgrades. The Pent.D is half of the E4400-Im married so Im on a budget ;) going with 8800gt card and 2gz corsair 800mhz . So , The Pent. D just wont do? not able to overclock? not enough actions per cycle? how about the gaming edge? Thanks for the input.!!

How well does this processer hold up?? With the right Ram and Gaphics card ? (pentium D) I mean, will it hold up to today's games like Crysis or Bishock-etc.??? Its so cheap however it is a dual core and of-course 3.0ghz. Like the price but also want it to hold up. P.S. complete overhaul from an Athlon 64 3400. So, not real familiar w/ today's intel cpu's.
