Lol. I always wonder when something like that happens why not sue right away. All these idiots have the same story, it's like a script being followed. People in the real world sue right away. Whether it's a company suing another one or a person suing another person. They don't wait 10 to 15 years and just wake up and say today I will SUE LUL.

Well, they're extorting people in situations where damage to their reputation can be more than just a little harmful. It's extremely predatory and they're looking for a payout. This sort of stuff is why Michael Avenatti is currently sitting in prison. This is why these people seemingly "wait" until someone is running for an election, or a celebrity is at the height of their career. Stormy Daniels was exposed for this, she was likely just a tool being used by Michael Avenatti. And in the case of celebrities, the allegations against Michael Jackson were likely bullshit too.

Whoever is encouraging this woman is setting her up for a counter suit, that like Stormy Daniels, she's probably going to lose. Stormy Daniels still owes Trump $300,000 for his legal fees, and I'd imagine Carroll is going to end up with a similar bill.

Smear campaigns, defamation, slander, frivolous lawsuits, baseless accusations, corruption and fraud have become the faces of Democracy at this point.

then explain the gas prices the first day he was in not the second day or the third day

Which policy was enacted the first day that effected gas prices. Explain.

One of Biden’s first actions after taking office was to halt new oil and gas leases on federal lands and waters, the Biden administration has Delay decisions on these leases — a move that results in higher energy costs for the most vulnerable consumers.

The administration canceled the Keystone XL pipeline and suspended oil and gas leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and New Mexico (despite opposition from the Navajo Nation). It also resurrected the “Waters of the United States” rule, which would increase barriers to energy projects.

The White House is pursuing new standards for particulate matter and ozone, likely tightening them to unachievable levels for much of the country and creating new barriers for energy project permits.

The president also has rescinded Endangered Species Act reforms, a move that will increase red tape and allow litigation to slow down energy projects.

In November 2021, the Environmental Protection Agency announced new regulations governing methane emissions from oil and gas production, transmission, storage, and distribution that would cost more than $1 billion a year.

Last spring, Biden signed a resolution that overturned Trump administration reforms to EPA oil and gas rules. This resolution will worsen energy poverty, reestablish burdensome regulations, and have a disproportionate impact on small businesses.

One section of the recently enacted Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, supported by the White House, would require every U.S. state to develop state carbon-reduction plans that must be approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation as well as be updated every four years.

These plans are aimed at reducing driving all over the country — even for people in rural areas where public transportation is limited, and driving is the only option.

like I said he is all about green america yet we are not ready for it. the rich is but not 90% of americans. electric car cost to much still.

Joe Biden also stopped a Trump order that would have lowered insulin costs and his recent actions are intentionally reducing medicare payouts, but, as much as the crowd you're talking to pretends to care about those things, they care more about protecting their political identities more. They're ideologues pretending to be intellectuals because it makes them feel better about themselves to pretend.

yup they care more about mean tweets there there own families.

most of them are kids that don't have children to feed or rich folks that don't care how bad the economy is. so sick of arguing things I see every day. cost of living. I have 3 children and im scared everyday if I will be able to feed them or put cloths on them. I have a really good job to. land surveyor and I still have to work a second job at night door dashing. no reason for this.

they keep saying its not biden with gas prices yet the first day in it goes up to 8 bucks a gallon but its not his fault its trumps yet it changed the first day biden was in office. they are so blind.

My guess would be privileged kids who group up in the suburbs where their parents paid for everything, leading them to have almost no concept of money or how to properly balance a budget, and the impression that things are actually free. Being "liberal" is part of their personal identities as well, and as such, they mould themselves to the definition of a liberal as it is changed by party leaders. It's no surprise they thing everything should be managed and controlled by government.

why is america acting like trump is hitler?

Trump has lost. He's over as a politician. He now has to deal with his many many criminal activities.

lmao criminal activities you sound like the rest of them.

saying your fired for years and years = criminal activities.

I didn't say I want trump back but they are trying every criminal act against him now sexual harassment lmao.

just shows how desperate they are.

Defamation and battery. Not sexual harassment. Also the defamation is recent. And I paid attention to the REPUBLICAN witnesses for the January 6 committee. He engaged in attempting to subvert the vote, encouraged attacks on the Capitol, and was part of the planning to send fake electors. Defending that makes you a trumper. No one else would defend that.

Yawn.

They're beginning to sound awfully fascist, aren't they? Constantly demanding punishment for people they don't like even though they know damn well there's not enough evidence to convince any reasoning-capable human of any actual crime.

We could list of all the times their corporate media outlets of choice had them absolutely convinced that they're going to get Trump, but we'd be typing all weekend to make that list. They've still never learned.

@eoten: i can say she doesn't seem reliable from this video. But as i don't know anything about this case, i am not interested in forming an opinion about it.

She was outed as a nutjob, her cases got thrown out, and the media abandoned all coverage of her until now. She even refused to let police investigate her claims, that alone should tell you they were bogus. The only people who think her credible are the people so desperate for a negative story on Trump that they'd believe anything, and clearly, they do.

If you read the link and understood it then you'd know this defamation case is recent.

I've followed the case and I know more about law than you do. I do not need some politically slanted corporate media to tell me what to think.

The only reason a prior case didn't go through was because Trump was president.

It would be funny if Trump tried to get out of this one by arguing he is still president and didn't lose.

Again, you're completely misinformed. No judge ever said she couldn't sue Trump because he was president at the time. The only argument made was that since he was president, the DOJ could serve as his lawyers rather than his personal lawyers. And the judge even denied that request, so Trump being president had absolutely nothing to do with her case being thrown out.

Her story has no credibility, no chance at success. 27 years later, no evidence, and refusing to let police investigate shows anyone with functional gray matter that there is no merit to her story. In fact, she'll probably end up being counter sued for defamation in bringing a frivolous lawsuit against him in hopes of harming his 2024 campaign, and win, like he won his lawsuit against Stormy Daniels who attempted to do the same thing.

You people are latching onto a fairy tale you desperately want to believe is true, not because there's any evidence or credibility to it.

Yeah dude, they are. Ukraine has committed war crimes going back since 2014. None of them are good people, none of them are fighting for the interests of anyone but themselves. There are no "good guys." You're watching a fairy tale on TV.

Still haven't invaded another country on non-existent reasons.

They invaded Donbas and other provinces after the citizens voted on a referendum of independence. So yeah, they did.

As Ukrainians said best.

If Russia stops fighting there will be no more War. If Ukraine stop fighting there will be no more Ukraine.

Now you're even copying propangda slogans. How cheap.

It's the Israelis who said it best/first.

They think their slanted, 1-sided news stories are legit, and everyone else's is propaganda. They're unable to see the irony in any of it. A wise person once said that the first casualty of war is the truth. You can be sure both sides are telling whichever line of bullshit it takes to try to win the population over towards supporting the actions of their government. Imagine people actually thinking THEIR government is telling the truth when all the others do not.
