@Christine_K: I disagree, because if the content is great it will attract more viewers hence attracting a higher price, also with future earnings potential, well if the content is great it will generate more merchandise sales etc. So yeah having stale content would affect the sale price and future earnings.

So WWE is only worth $9 billion, seems a bit cheap, but then again its content has been stale for a decade now. I watch Mania and night 1 was good, night 2 however the worst pay per view in a decade.

@last_lap: it’s amazing that you think major companies ever cared about their fans. From Walmart, to Google, to Samsung, to Apple, etc. Major companies that have boards and CEOs care mostly care about one thing. So it makes no sense to get pissy if you’re not going to stop consuming and if you don’t get mad at every major company.

Settle down, E3 was more than merely for the fans, it was a place they could show off their games in the one place. So it was beneficial for them too. I know companies don't care about its fans no matter the business. No point in mentioning Walmart, Google, Samsung or Apple as are different to game companies.

And if no game company is going to E3 and I should stop consuming their products (games) then I would need to quit gaming, which makes no sense.

Sad news. I liked how every developer/publisher were all at the same place announcing all their games on the one weekend of the year. Now we have to suffer sitting through multiple online events from MS/Sony/Nintendo each year.

Not only that but these companies are raking in billions every year but can't be bothered to greet their fans at an event once a year, pretty disappoing.

This along with Forza Motorsport 8 will be my 2 go to games this year (a weird combo I know) I loved the first game and played it mostly solo and never had any issues with it. The only real time I played it in co-op was to play the survival dlc.

Its disappointing that my 2 most eagily awaited games don't have a release date yet. I need to know so I can plan my sickness to get off work lol.
