Cyber-

Yep. Well worth it, though, the new content is (in general) much more polished and enjoyable than the old content.

Yeah, uninstalling and reinstalling is your best bet at this point. After installing, you may want to try registering it with Steam and seeing if that helps at all. I'm not sure if Steam will auto-update games that have been installed from a disc, but it might be the easiest way to try and update it. Either way, be sure to patch it fully between installing it and running it for the first time.

i use them in BF2 to switch to grenade/grenade launcher/medpack/ammo pack/claymore/mine (depending on the classim playing)throw it, and switch back to the primary weapon. That works in most games that force you to switch to grenades to use them.elitegeek13

That does seem like it would be handy.

I've been trying out a few high-end gaming mice lately, most of which have the option of recording mouse macros to bind to a button. For the life of me, though, I can't figure out anything to try and record. I'm sure that if I really wanted to, I could make a macro for World of Warcraft that would let me pop Evasion and Sprint at the same time and bind it to a mouse button, but it seems like it'd be a lot easier to make a macro in-game and bind it to a key; at least then I'd have a free mouse button. The same goes for FPS's; it's not difficult to record a macro that zooms in your sniper rifle and instantly fires, but it seems like a waste of a mouse button that could just as easily be used for something more critical.

So I guess I'm just curious if any of you have any examples of macros that you've found helpful in certain games. To me, it seems like macros are a good way to automate actions that you need to perform fairly regularly in a game, but then on the other hand, those actions are the most likely ones to have been made as simple as possible by the game designers, thus reducing the need for macroing at all.

When you setup your account you can enter a credit card number and set it to automatcially another month once the previous is up.pwilletts

I believe there are also three and six-month options, as well. They get cheaper the longer you pay up for. You of course get the free month of play with the game, as well.

I just got an HDTV and have Comcast cable. I'm using component cables from the box to my tv and I'm not sure if the HD channels are looking as good as they're suppose to. My tv is a 720p and I was wondering if it may be some channels aren't broadcast in 720p I don't know. I know I can use a hdmi cable but I'm not going to pay for one right now. Games on my 360 look great and I want the tv channels to look good also. Any help would be great.nesta54

Did you contact Comcast? AFAIK you need to have an HD plan to get HD programming from them. I think you might also need to have a newer set top box.

Go to Itunes, select Edit -> Preferences -> Automatically download missing album artwork. Let it run for a bit and it'll see what it can get. I think that's all you need to do.

Well you don't need one right away, but you'll probably want to get one eventually. HDMI cables carry both audio and video signals, so they make for a lot less clutter behind your TV.

Usually your options are for dualview (which is how most people set it up), cloning (which has the same desktop image on both monitors), and span, which sounds like what you're looking for. The 7-series GeForces shouldn't have any problems with spanning desktops. Just keep in mind that most games will have a hard time running at a resolution like that.
