Hi. I got question . Cause on site gigabyte and model ram compatibility i saw in Ocz 2gb this (OCz3P1333LV6GK). And entering on google this is : OCz DDR3 6GB (3x2GB) 1333MHz CL7 Platinum Triple Channel (OCz3P1333LV6GK) But i got OCZ DDR3 4GB (2x2GB) 1333MHz CL7 Platinium (OCZ3P13334GK) And i dont see this shortcut number in Ram List Compatibility. So why they dont write this (OCZ3P13334GK) ? So i will be have problems cause (OCZ3P13334GK) are dont in this ram list? http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=3164 And somebody told me that my ram OCZ DDR3 4GB (2x2GB) 1333MHz CL7 Platinium (OCZ3P13334GK) got 1,8 v so its too high for this mobo chipset P55 . Ahhh;/ And that u should not exceed 1.65v for that chipset....Ahh i am mad , everything i must change even ram?;/////// next person say >"It seems most of the DDR3 dual channel RAMs are set at 1.65 volts and I read in many places that 1.65v+ can permanently damage i7 processors, so are they safe to buy? I only plan to overclock the 860 to 3.4ghz using MSI's OC Genie button on the P55 board."
