@Atzenkiller: Ubisoft didn't really switch to Epic store for their lower cut. They just wanted an excuse to stop selling their games on Steam and get people to go straight to Uplay. Epic isn't really benefiting from this deal because more people are just buying ubisoft games through Uplay. The Division 2 already proves it as the Uplay sales for it were significantly bigger than The Divsion 1's. Epic are just fools being taken advantage of for their exclusivity money.
@s1taz4a3l: The Epic Store is blocked in China by Epic themselves they're not selling anything to Chinese gamers. They did not secure all of their games to be able to release in China which is why they're blocking Chinese access especially because they have staff in Shanghai so they are technically operating in China unlike Steam which is U.S. based so they can operate in a gray area and not face as much regulation. There are already tons of Chinese gamers pissed about Epic Store exclusives because they can't buy them.
@Dawg9000: "You're on a gaming website, why would you even mention liberals and SJW's?"
Because some of these gaming journalist are dragging their politics into gaming and reviewing games based on whether or not they appeal to their political/social agenda or not instead of actual gameplay and story. You end up with games like Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Far Cry 5 getting low reviews from SJW game reviewers just for not appeasing their narratives.
@KoRniTo: If they keep pumping out content for the game overtime like Tripwire does for Killing Floor games it should be able to maintain a small but very active community.
