Shovel ware games are hardcore if you play them atleast 10 hours a day.Hardcore is the way you play a game not the game itself of its age rating.Hardcore is defined by how in depth a game is. You can't serious think that a gamer playing Angry Bird is as hardcore as a gamer who is playing Fable 3, Halo Reach or Demon Souls.
Ouya has a lot of potential considering the quality of phone based games are slowing increasing and have some real depth into them. What will make it a successful console is its price compare to traditional consoles, its features and if the industry greatly improve the quality of android/WP7/iOS games.

Fable is far better than any Uncharted game. Though one thing good about Uncharted is that its very casual friendly (run, explore and shoot, repeat this 1000x) and easy while Fable is geared toward more hardcore players.

I considered Super Mario Sunshine a white sheep instead since it did receive praise for its gameplay, graphics and soundtrack but only a few minority dislike the game.
