Yes, Only Divinity: Original Sin and Legend of Grimrock II truly deserves the title. Both games have beautiful graphics, fantastic gameplay, memorable soundtrack, big detailed worlds, etc.
Wasteland 2 would be a contender if it wasn't for the bugs in (the Hollywood area was broken when I played) and the dated visuals/inconsistent art-direction. The writting and gameplay are amazing on this game.
Dark Souls II was a very good game per se, but a disappointment compared to the first one.
And Dragon Age Inquisition, despite being a huge improvement over Dragon Age II, is just a shadow of what Dragon Age: Origins was back in 2009. It feels like a single-player MMO at times.
